The [[Third Hokage]] told him to retake his photo, as the photograph made him seem senseless, but Naruto used his [[Sexy Technique]] in order to frustrate him. A child tried to attack the [[Hokage]], but he tripped on his own scarf. A ninja arrived and seemed concerned for the child. He noticed Naruto, identifying him as the [[Nine-Tailed Demon Fox]]. The child claimed that Naruto made him fall, trying to deny the fact that he fell over himself. Naruto disputed with the child, but the ninja, [[Ebisu]], told him that the child was the grandson of the Third Hokage, revealing him to be [[Konohamaru Sarutobi]]. Ebisu then told Konohamaru to train with him so he will be Hokage quicker, but the boy slipped away during Ebisu's speech to follow Naruto. Ebisu panicked and left swiftly. The Konohamaru then followed Naruto through [[Konohagakure]], trying to avoid being spotted. After Naruto saw through his [[Cloak of Invisibility Technique|obvious disguise]], Konohamaru ordered Naruto to train him and teach him how to overthrow the Third Hokage. After doing various steps of the training, Naruto asked Konohamaru why he was obsessed with the Hokage. Konohamaru then told him that the people never identified him as himself and just saw him as the Hokage's grandson, so he wanted to be Hokage, but Naruto told him that it was not easy to become one. At the rooftops of the Hokage mansion, [[Iruka]] asked the Hokage about Naruto's ninja registration form. The Hokage then explained that he had issued a decree not to let anybody know the fact about Naruto's being a [[jinchūriki]], and that he would punish those who broke it. He also said that the [[Fourth Hokage]] wanted the village to see Naruto as a hero, but most of the villagers saw Naruto as the Nine-Tails itself. Finally, Ebisu found Konohamaru and Naruto. Konohamaru announced that he was trying to learn the way to beat his grandfather so he could become Hokage. Ebisu taunted Konohamaru, who responded by using the Sexy Technique on Ebisu, who was horrified by it. Then, Naruto used his [[Shadow Clone Technique]]. The Hokage watched them with his [[Telescope Technique]]. Then, Naruto transformed the clones into nude women with the [[Sexy Technique]], and Ebisu had a huge nose bleed and fell unconscious.
