Monju (文殊) was a member of the criminal group Shinobazu.
Appearance
Monju's appearance was somewhat feminine. He has short light blue hair that is held back by a hairband. He also wore shorts and a purple tank top showcasing a unique symbol, and orange armbands.

Monju's style of fighting involves the manipulation of metal wires, where he seemed to know many variations of wire-based techniques. Using chakra to increase the sharpness of the wires he can cut through thick doors, walls and even a large boat. He also used the wires to trap his opponents, proving to be efficient with traps. When he trapped an opponent in his metal wires, he could use a jutsu to make the metal shrink the warmer the temperature got, slicing up his opponent, or he could simply squeeze them as a torture method. To protect him from many physical attacks, he could also use a wire cage, which is effective against most taijutsu attacks. The only weakness of his wires seems to be sweat, as it made them weak enough for Naruto Uzumaki to chew through.
Part I
Shinobazu Arc
He was first show robbing and burning down a house with the other members of Shinobazu. He later appears and slices the boat being used to transport Gantetsu with his metal wires. He's again seen kidnapping Gantetsu in his net of wires and trapping Naruto Uzumaki and Todoroki in a cluster of wires which would keep tightening as the temperature of the day increased. He passed by the kids that Gantetsu had saved from Shinobazu's raids, making Gantetsu struggle and break the net off the zipline that the net was attached to. Monju then proceeded to lock himself in a wire cage and interrogate Gantetsu. Naruto then shows up and tries to chew through the cage. Then Monju turned the wire cage around and onto Naruto slowly crushing him but to Monju's surprise it was only a shadow clone. Naruto came up from the ground causing Monju to yell due to the sudden outburst. Naruto punched Monju who wrapped wires around two trees and flung himself towards Naruto. Naruto created two clones who ran into the wires halting Monju. The three Narutos jumped into the air and kicked him on the head at one moment immobilizing him in the ground. Shura, the leader of Shinobazu glided down from the sky on his Umbrella interrupting the fight. Monju then quickly tells Shuro that Ahkio knew where they're treasure was. Seeing this Rock Lee ran up and killed Monju with Leaf Whirlwind.
