Naruto, while in Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, creates two small chakra arms on his index finger, with which he creates a miniature Rasenshuriken. Though the shuriken has less attack power than the original, it is still very effective, being capable of slicing straight through a merged White Zetsu clone's leg. THIS IS THE MOST POWERFUL TECHNIQUE IN THE SERIES NARUTO.
