Manabu Akado (赤門マナブ, Akado Manabu) is a genin-level shinobi of Konohagakure.

Background

Manabu is a particularly old genin who has taken part in the first round of the Chūnin Exams at least seventeen times.[1]

Appearance

He has a head of brown hair which is kept out of his face by his forehead protector which is tied at the side of his head. Part I

Chūnin Exams Arc

Manabu was seen working on his 18th attempt at the Chūnin Exams. During the first test proctored by Morino Ibiki he was able to make it all the way through to the tenth and final question. However, during the second stage proctored by Anko Mitarashi, Manabu was not seen amongst those who made it to that stage of the examinations.

Trivia

  • "Manabu" means "to learn" (学ぶ) in Japanese.
