This technique requires the user to create a shadow clone, and have both the clone, and the user perform the Lightning Cutter technique on opposite hands to one another. Connecting their techniques together, they form a chain of lightning between themselves that is able to slice through objects such as tailed beasts' chakra arms with great ease.

Trivia

• When written as '雷電', Raiden means 'thunder and lightning'.
• With the "-sama" suffix added, Raiden is another name for the Shintō god of lightning, Raijin (雷神).
