By using Lightning Release, the user surrounds themselves with electricity in the form of armour. The intense electric field enhances the user's speed,^[2] and protects them by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it. The armour appears very strong, as it's capable of withstanding Rock Lee's Drunken Fist.
