Revision as of 05:42, 3 March 2013

This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user's body. A secondary genjutsu can then be used within this genjutsu as seen when C used this technique against Taka, he made Jūgo see the Fourth Raikage and Darui smashing Sasuke into the ground.

Trivia

  • In the manga this attack generates an electric light emanating directly from C's body, however in the anime the light emanates from around C instead, and it seems to be no electricity involved.
  • In chapter 612, this technique was referred to as "Lightning Release: Flash of Lightning Pillar" (雷遁・雷光柱, Raiton: Raikōchū).[1]
