Lee opens the first four of the Eight Gates and an enhanced version of Leaf Whirlwind which looks similar to Might Guy's Morning Peacock. He then jumps up, kicks the enemy, shouting "Leaf Hot Wind!" This does more damage than a normal Leaf Whirlwind, though he doesn't kick the opponent into the air.
