Lee opens the first three of the [[Eight Gates]] and does a more enhanced version of [[Leaf Whirlwind]] which looks similar to [[Might Guy]]'s [[Morning Peacock]]. He then jumps up, kicks the enemy, shouting "Leaf Hot Wind". This does more damage than a normal Leaf Whirlwind and another difference is that when Lee uses Leaf Whirlwind he doesn't kick the opponent into the air.
