The Land of Hot Water (湯の国, Yu no Kuni) is a neighbouring country of the Land of Frost and the Land of Sound and is located north-east of the Land of Fire. It contains the former ninja village of Yugakure. The Hot Water Daimyō and his people evacuated the country to Konohagakure during the Fourth Shinobi World War to avoid getting caught between the fighting Allied Shinobi Forces and Akatsuki. It is the location of the heavy fighting in the war.
