Kyūroku Wagarashi (ワガラシ九六, Wagarashi Kyūroku) is the head of the Wagarashi family in the Land of Tea, which is a clan warring with the nearby Wasabi family.
Personality
He is a very dishonest and manipulative man.
Appearance
He has short black hair, and small black eyes with a small wart over the left. He has got a black moustache. His attire consist of a green and white kimono.
Part I
Land of Tea Arc
Kyūroku's mansion.
His clan and the minister of the daimyō of the Land of Tea challenged Wasabi family to a race. Kyūroku tried to win the race unfairly, but the daimyō found out what he had done and disbanded his clan for his clan's evil deeds.
