Kyūroku Wagarashi (ワガラシ九六, Wagarashi Kyūroku) is the head of the Wagarashi Family in the Land of Tea, which is a clan warring with the nearby Wasabi Family.

His clan and the minister of the daimyo of the Land of Tea challenged Wasabi family to a race. Kyūroku tried to win the race unfairly, but the daimyo found out what he had done and disband his clan for his clan's evil deeds.
