Kyūroku Wagarashi (ワガラシ九六, Wagarashi Kyūroku) is the head of the Wagarashi family in the Land of Tea, which is a clan warring with the nearby Wasabi family.

He is very dishonest and manipulative.

Land of Tea Arc
His clan and the minister of the daimyō of the Land of Tea challenged Wasabi family to a race. Kyūroku tried to win the race unfairly, but the daimyō found out what he had done and disbanded his clan for his clan's evil deeds.
