He is the captain of the Kumogakure ship that took Naruto Uzumaki and the other Konohagakure ninja to the island the jinchūriki are confined to.
Appearance
This shinobi has blonde spiky hair and dark eyes. He wears the standard Kumogakure shinobi outfit inclusive of flak jacket and forehead protector. He also constantly has his right eye closed whether or not this is due to injury or habit is unknown. He also wears a black cloak draped over his shoulder with what appears to be wave patterns on the edge.
