The Kokutō (黒刀, literally meaning: Black Blade) is a unique sword wielded by Raidō Namiashi. The blade is a katana with a darkened, non-reflective surface and is heavily coated in poison which Raidō usually uses to carry out his assassination missions.[1] He used it in conjunction with Aoba Yamashiro's Scattering Thousand Crows Technique to conceal himself and the blade and successfully fend off Akatsuki member Kakuzu.
