Kirisame (霧雨) is a missing-nin from Amegakure in Mission: Protect the Waterfall Village!.
Personality
Kirisame seems to be a bit unhinged, eagerly anticipating the attack. Suien has to remind him not to kill too many people. He seems to be the most sadistic of the three, as he laughs while repeatedly stomping Sasuke.
Abilities
Kirisame could use Water Release: Water Whip to make a rope out of water he could whip his opponents with.
