Kōmei (紅明, Kōmei) is the Land of Birds' strategist, and a candidate for the seat of daimyō.

Land of Birds Arc Edit

He is suspected of being behind the Cursed Warrior's appearance, but Naruto Uzumaki's group realises that he is innocent. Naruto, disguised as the Cursed Warrior, saves him from execution. Kōmei then helps Naruto and his friends learn the truth behind the Cursed Warrior.

• Kōmei's name might have been derived from the famous military tactician, Zhūgě Liàng/Shokatsuryō's style name, Kōmei (孔明, Kōmei), however, with different kanji.
