Jiga (チガイン) was the second oldest brother from the Criminal Brothers trio.
Abilities
Jiga was able to convert his chakra to magnetism, similar to the Third Kazekage's Iron Sand. He could use his magnetism to disrupt the electrical impulses in the brain, effectively blocking a person's entire nervous system from functioning. He was also able to rip metallic ore and rocks from his environment to make makeshift projectiles to overwhelm an opponent.
Jiga was extremely proficient with a kusarigama, enhancing his ability by magnetizing the weight and using it to home in on an opponent's ferrous metallic objects (such as a forehead protector). He had a glaring weakness to those who could exploit it: occasionally, during the course of a battle, he had to pause to stop the flow of magnetism. As Hinata revealed when she defeated him, without the ability to turn off his own magnetism he would attract all nearby ferrous objects against his will. She did this by using her Gentle Fist to cause his chakra to flow uncontrollably.

Part I
Land of Vegetables Arc
Jiga, along with his brothers Renga and Ruiga, took over the Land of Vegetables. His brother Ruiga was defeated by Naruto, Chōji, and Yurinojō. Jiga then finished Ruiga off himself, stating that one less person sharing the wealth meant a larger share for himself and Renga. After he killed Ruiga, he battled Naruto and quickly defeated him. Hinata arrived soon after Naruto's defeat, and was able to defeat Jiga. She did this by inserting an electric current in his chakra causing him to become a powerful magnet and he gets sucked into an iron sand vortex, killing him.

- The "Ji" in his name could be "磁"(Magnetism), a refernce to his abilities.
