Shikaku Nara, the Jōnin Commander of Konohagakure.
The Jōnin Commander (上忍班長, Jōnin Hanchō) is a position in the shinobi system of Konohagakure. As a representative of the regular shinobi forces, they are a member of the council, giving them a say in important matters such as choosing a new Hokage. They are likely the highest-ranking normal shinobi in the village, but still officially a Jōnin themselves. The current Jōnin Commander of Konoha is Shikaku Nara.[1][2]
Trivia
In Kumogakure, there is a similar position called Head Ninja. Unlike Jōnin Commander, Head Ninja is a separate rank.
