After forming the Iron Sand into giant block, Sasori raises it above his opponent and drops it down at them. The sheer size of it and speed in which it falls makes it difficult to evade.

Trivia

While unnamed in the manga and anime, it was named in Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3.
