Shikaku Nara, Chōza Akimichi, and Inoichi Yamanaka also formed an Ino-Shika-Chō trio during their younger years and are still working together in the present. Their children are the current Ino-Shika-Chō trio as Team Asuma. In an omake for Naruto: Shippūden episode 173, Inoichi remarks that Ino-Shika-Chō was once renowned across the nations. Chōza then insists that they still are.
