After absorbing the chakras from all nine tailed beasts using Susanoo as a vessel, the user's Susanoo is able to create a bow and arrow which are infused with lightning-natured chakra. One arrow was powerful enough to matched the combined power of both a senjutsu-enhanced Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken and Wind Release: Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken, producing a sizable explosion on impact.
Influence
This technique seems to be influenced by Hindu mythology, in which the rainbow is known as Indra's Bow.
