The Naruto [Secret: Scroll of Soldiers] Official Fanbook (NARUTO-ナルト-[秘伝・兵の書]オフィシャルファンBOOK, NARUTO [Hiden: Hyō no Sho] Ofisharu FanBOOK) is the second of the supplementary guidebooks on the Naruto series authored by Masashi Kishimoto. It is the first of two fanbooks.

It was first published on 9th October 2002 as part of the Jump Comics line by Shueisha, under publisher Kazuhiko Torishima. Its ISBN is 4-08-873321-5 and it has 281 pages. By 10th August 2005, it was in its 18th edition. Viz Media released its English translation on February 19, 2008.

Trivia

  • The names of the guidebooks come a from a kuji-in: a collection of nine hand postures used in meditation. These kuji-in have found their way into ninja folklore as a kind of magic spells. The kuji-in the guidebooks were named after is Rin-pyō--sha-kai-jin-retsu-zai-zen (臨兵闘者皆陣裂在前), with the Hyō no Sho being named after the second.
