Hokushin (ホクシン) is a shinobi from the Land of Birds and a member of the Watari Ninja gang.
Appearance
Hokushin had long sky blue hair with his bangs going over the right side of his face down to his chest area. He also had big black-coloured eyes. He wears a white very thin headband covered by his hair. He wears a beige-coloured vest-like shirt that go's down to his knee's. He wears a purple-coloured shirt underneath it. He also had a black lower arm sleeve on each lower arm area and a thick black belt around his waist.

He is able to use the Hiding with Camouflage Technique, which could help him gathering information about his opponent. The fact that he carries a sword means that he is skilled in kenjutsu.
Part I
Land of Birds Arc
He, Nagare, and other unnamed ninja were sent by Hōki to pursue Chishima, who easily evaded them. He sought to advance in the Watari ninja by defeating Kakashi Hatake. He shadowed Kakashi, Neji Hyūga, and Tenten as they pretended to leave the village, only to find that he had been tricked when they used a Body Replacement Technique upon some monkeys. During the final battle, Kakashi easily defeated him after surprising him with a Body Replacement Technique, noting the effortlessness in which Kakashi defeated him.
