She is a citizen from Konohagakure's Hyūga clan, the mother of Hinata Hyūga and Hanabi Hyūga, and the wife of Hiashi Hyūga.

Hinata remembers saying she wants to be strong like her father and kind like her mother.^[1]

Appearance

She possesses fair skin and long, dark-purple hair slightly past her waist and side bangs framing her face down to her shoulders. She was seen wearing a long-sleeved kimono. Overall, she bears a striking resemblance to her eldest daughter: Hinata.
