Although typically restricted to inanimate objects, the technique can be used on living organisms as well, including humans. However, as the body is unable to handle the speed involved in the transfer, it would normally be ripped to shreds as a result. Only the Third Raikage, with his extreme durability, was thought to be able to endure the technique unharmed.[1] A was also able to endure this technique which was more than likely due to inheriting his father's genes. Tsunade was able to partially endure the travel by healing herself with her Creation Rebirth technique.

- Tensō, when written as 転送, is the Japanese word transfer, transmission, (telephone, etc) forwarding, likely a reference to Mabui being A's secretary.
