Hōsei (ホウセイ) is a genin of Konohagakure.
Personality
Hōsei seemed to be afraid of challenges as seen when he chose to drop out of the Chūnin Exams knowing full well that him doing so would also cause his teammates to be disqualified as well.
Appearance
He has short, spiky, black hair and wears a simple black attire with mesh armour underneath. Along with this he wears his blue forehead protector in the traditional manner but with an extra strap going under his jaw.
Part I
Chūnin Exams
Hōsei enters the Chūnin Exams, but, afraid of never again being able to take the exams if he failed the tenth question during the first phase with Ibiki Morino, he chose to drop out, disqualifying the rest of his team in the process.
