The Fourth Kazekage manipulates his Gold Dust into a huge wave.[1] Because gold is heavier than sand it was able to nullify Gaara's enormous wave of sand.[2]
After forming the hand seal to use this technique, the Fourth Kazekage's eyes gained black rings around them, similar to the ones around Gaara's.[3]
