Ginji (ギンジ) was the banker of Kakuzu, a member of the Akatsuki.
Background
As a banker, he managed Kakuzu's extensive wealth that was obtained through collecting the bounty on ninja.

Part II
Itachi Pursuit Mission
After Kakuzu's death, Hebi sought him out to learn about Akatsuki's whereabouts. After hearing a disturbance outside, he sends Kyōya to investigate.
