Land of Waves Arc

He initially helps build the Great Naruto Bridge, but leaves the job for fear of retaliation by Gatō. Inari later asks for his help in freeing the Land of Waves from Gatō. He refuses, but after realizing how brave Inari is being, he rallies the townspeople to help Inari.
