This giant Ox was a summon of Pain.
Appearance
With an appearance similar to a normal ox, this summon has a number of chakra receivers , along with Rinnegan, implying it was being controlled by Pain. Its entire body was also covered in brown fur and it has black horns. It also has a small tail.
Abilities
This summon, by its sheer size possessed a great deal of brute strength. Also, because it has Rinnegan eyes, it possessed a field of shared vision with Nagato.
Part II
Itachi Pursuit Arc
It was first summoned during Pain's fight with Jiraiya, where it charged at Jiraiya, forcing him into some sewers. Once Jiraiya entered Sage Mode, however, he easily repelled it and sent it flying while its left horn was snapped off. After this Nagato desummoned it.
Invasion of Pain Arc
It was summoned again during Pain's attack on Konoha, where it was badly damaged by Naruto's Sage Art: Big Ball Rasengan and subsequently killed by Gamahiro.
