This giant crustacean is a summon of Pain.

Appearance Edit

Though resembling a normal crustacean, this summon has a number of body piercings, implying it is being controlled by Pain.

This crustacean is able to use Water Release techniques such as the Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave technique.

It is summoned during Pain's fight with Jiraiya, where it uses the Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave technique to wash Jiraiya's oil off Konan. It was later defeated by Jiraiya's Wild Lion's Mane Technique.

In the anime, the crustacean is summoned once again during Pain's invasion of Konoha to rampage in the village.
