He is a Genie (魔神, Mashin) in the bottle who appears in Naruto: Gentle Breeze Chronicles the Film: Naruto, the Jinni, and the Three Wishes 'ttebayo!!.
Plot Overview
Genie's Bottle.
When Naruto Uzumaki found a bottle and opened it, the Genie comes out of the bottle and claims that he will grant them three wishes, but no one believes him. Naruto asks for a barbecue for ten people and the Genie grants his wish. He remained Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura that they now have two wishes after they realised the Genie is telling the truth. They tell him to wait a bit while they decide their next wish, but the Genie grants the second wish. The Genie complies and tells them that was their second wish and now they only have one left. Sasuke tells him to wait until one of them decide what they wish for and then the Genie goes back to the bottle. When he went back to the bottle, the genin except Shikamaru, Hinata, and Chōji, are fighting over the bottle to make the last wish.
Later, when Shikamaru opens the bottle, the Genie reappears who is now bored because he was waiting for the last wish and asks what the final wish will be. However, when Naruto answers his last wish, Kakashi comes back and asks for some change. Genie grants his wish and gives him a few coins before disappearing in the sky much to their dismay.
