The Gang of Four (四人衆, Yonin-shū) were a group of four people, who served under Yomi and appeared in Naruto Shippūden the Movie.

History

Kusuna was the leader and medical-nin of the group, and the one responsible for giving the other three their special chakra powers through the use of chakra snakes given to him by Yomi. The three fighters tend to abuse their newly enhanced chakra, using overly powerful techniques to deal with even the most minor matters, resulting in rapid drainage and requiring replenishment, which ultimately led to their downfall, as their opponents took advantage of their low chakra moment and took them all down while refusing to let them replenish except Gitai, who was killed earlier when his unstable power led him to self-destruct.

Trivia

Each member of the team had a certain trigram on their uniform; Setsuna's meant "lightning" (雷, kaminari), Shizuku's meant "water" (水, mizu), Kusuna's meant "wind" (風, kaze) and Gitai's meant "fire" (火, hi).
