Gamariki is a toad summon with a femine appearance. However, he is male.
Part II
Hunt for the Three Tails
After Naruto got fired out of the hospital, Jiraiya offers him to train again and they set off for a journey. Jiraiya wants him to train with synchronizing jutsu and therefore summons Gamariki. Both Jiraiya and Naruto seem to know Gamariki, who is spoken to with Gamariki-san (can be translated as Mister Gamariki). Gamariki and Jiraiya show Naruto what a synchronizing jutsu is, and then Gamariki goes training with Naruto.
