Fugai's Werewolf Form
Fugai served as a knight in Haido's supposed "Utopian" army. Fugai could change her form to that of a werewolf-like monster, most likely due to the influence of the Gelel stone. In this form, Fugai could unleash loud howls which could destroy the surrounding area and deafen her foes. She threatens Kahiko when trying to get info on the Stone of Gelel until Shikamaru Nara and Sakura Haruno arrive. She managed to escape. She was later killed when Sakura Haruno lured her under a set of large chimes that reflected her howl back at her, stunning her and leaving her unable to escape as the bars collapsed on her.
Fugai's Werewolf like transformation along with Ranke's Frankenstein like transformation and and Kamina's bat like one, the three female soldiers of Haido's army could be percieved as parodies of three classic monster movies namely, Ranke and Frankenstein, Kamina and Dracula and Fugai and the Wolfman.
