Fugai's Howl is a kind of Ninjutsu Fugai uses while transformed in her Werewolf-form. The technique is possibly Wind-natured. Fugai seems to collect chakra in her throat and then lets out a large howl. The sound waves of the howl are strong enough to destroy objects and wound enemies. However, the weakness of this technique is that this howl can reflect back on her and kill her.
