The Four Celestial Symbols Men were a group of shinobi from the Takumi Village.
History
The Four Celestial Symbols Men were amongst those resentful of the ninja villages for being ungrateful towards their village's years of supplying their shinobi with weapons. In revenge, and to save their village from extinction, the four members trained harder than others in the ninja arts and sought to resurrect their village's founder, Seimei. To accomplish this objective, they needed the power of Shukaku.
