The Four Celestial Symbols Men were a group of shinobi from the Takumi Village.

History

The Four Celestial Symbols Men were amongst the resentful of the ninja villages for being ungrateful towards their village's years of weaponry supplies. In revenge and to save their village from extinction, the four members trained harder than others in ninja arts and sought to resurrect their village's founder, Seimei. To accomplish this objective, they needed the power of Shukaku.

Abilities

Each member specialised in wielding a particular ninja weapon, which responded to their chakra to activate special abilities. They can also inject their chakra into a water vein via their bladed weapons to use the Ninja Tools Barrier: Reverse Fish Scales Formation, which they could summon a water dragon to attack sand.

Plot Overview

In order to revive Seimei, the Four Celestial Symbols Men plotted to steal the power of Shukaku, who resided inside Gaara. To accomplish this objective, they kidnapped Gaara's student, Matsuri, and lured him to a trap to weaken him. Gaara and siblings were picked off one by one of each member, and would have been killed if not for the backup sent by Konoha arriving on time.

Suiko was killed by Gaara, Rock Lee and Naruto Uzumaki; Kuaku was killed by Temari, Shikamaru Nara and Ino Yamanaka; Ryūgan was killed by Kankurō, Kiba Inuzuka, and Chōji Akimichi. Hōki died when he offered all of his life force and body to revive Seimei. Ultimately, however, the Four Celestial Symbols Men's goal was thwarted when Gaara killed Seimei with the Sand Waterfall Imperial Funeral.
