Related Pages - Characters — Related Pages - On character articles

Category Gallery - Characters — Category Galleries - In the Characters category

Wikia's released their latest new "feature" — no info on the stuff we've actually asked for, like SMW being more stable and it being rebuilt of course — Related pages and Category galleries, which basically put a spotlight like box of 3 at the bottom of articles, and a gallery inside of categories.

SimAnt can't think of a reason why you'd want to see three unrelated episode articles image linked to from the bottom of an episode article. Myself, I can't believe the 3 characters currently displayed from the looks of it on every character pages have much point there, songs look stupid as related pages... Though the worst? ^_^ try a Disambiguation page, why isn't that not already in the list of categories to exclude?

I'm wondering how the pictures are selected. 5 of the images used in Category:Characters are not particularly good depictions of the character. ~Snapper T o 03:57, December 3, 2010 (UTC)

Disabling

Apparently from what I have read I believe these features to each be separately disabled. My opinion is that the related pages, has got to go. The other feature is sorta okay, since it isn't in the way of content. Thoughts? SimAnt 02:46, December 5, 2010 (UTC)
