Curious, what exactly are those? Cause in my opinion whatever is put in them is already neatly kept in the Infoboxes and therefore not needed for the bottom of the page. Also because of those things, (I think) things like ages and the like were made into links which is would only make articles to epically failure articles like 18 (Deceased) or something like that.--TheUltimate3 20:33, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

Those are part of Semantic MediaWiki. Yes, the data inside of them is the same as what is in the infobox. However, the difference is that the factbox at the bottom is actually a list of the Semantic Attributes which we have annotated the page with, primarily using the infoboxes. Everything that shows up inside the box, is something you can query for.
For example, a list of all the male characters with infoboxes who have the blood type A or B:

Not only can the data be queried for and used to create all of our lists, but that factbox contains links to be able to browse the wiki by semantic attributes automatically jumping around with various bits of semantic data. And it's even available in RDF format, which even allows external tools to use the wiki to gather data from the pages.
Ya, the whole (deceased) stuff that you guys have been adding is not something which was originally or ever intended for the Infoboxes to allow as input. Though, if things are syncing right the Age should actually be a number.
I'm currently working on a brand new Infobox {{Infobox/Naruto/Character}} (Though please do not use it) which properly utilizes SMW. Also because you guys are doing stuff related to whether the character has died in the series or not, I've added a parameter which can be given a current state of the character (Alive, Confirmed Deceased, or Presumed Deceased) (^_^ Which of course, it also queryable, heh... [Think, list of Akatsuki members who have died]).
Additionally, those infoboxes are going to be located on /Infobox subpages and by putting {{Infobox}} at the top of the page, the infobox will be included (or if it doesn't exist, I'll set it so you get a nice button for creating one). And here's the big bonus, I'm going to have Semantic Forms installed for a special bonus... ^_^ in other words, you won't be editing the template with WikiText, you'll have an interactive form for editing infoboxes.
Though, I'll first get to trying to make sure that Ages are considered numbers. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) current discussion Apr 25, 2008 @ 22:35 (UTC)
