This is the "Ninja Academy Special Lecture" section dialog from Naruto Shippūden 44. Of course, we can't directly write this into any articles. But I thought I'd write it up as it has good info on the First's Necklace that can be used in a new article and a number of existing ones.
The necklace, which once belonged to the First Hokage, is made from a special kind of stone.
It's said to be valuable enough to buy three mountains.
The First's granddaughter, Tsunade, thinks of this as her grandfather's keepsake.
Ad one point, Tsunade gave this necklace to her little brother, Nawaki, and also to her lover, Dan.
Saddly, during the war, both of them died in battle.
As a result, it's said that this necklace will only acknowledge Tsunade as it's owner, and anyone else who tries to wear it will definitely die.
A long time passed since then, and once again, it has been given to a boy who shares his predecessor's dreams.
That would be Naruto.
Will it bring him good luck or bad?
This may be Tsunade's biggest gamble ever...
idk i dont believe in luck.. i think its just a hella expensive necklace, thats all..Namikaze141 00:22, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
That Necklace is freakin' expensive. I wonder...Is that what made Tsunade such a bad gambler? Cause when she thought about losing it to Naruto, she won the jackpot in that one pully chance wheel thing. Maybe. It could have something to do with luck. I mean, Naruto is trying to bring Sasuke back. BUt he keeps on failing. He was so close to finding that one beetle that was extinct, but he had the necklace then, so maybe it was luck (bad). Do you think that getting rid of the necklace could change it?
