Earlier on, before I had found the wikia I was told that Naruto's father was Minato, the fourth hokage. Alternatively, I was told that this was only in a Fan-Made manga, not an official one. Can someone elaborate?—This unsigned comment was made by Deagonx (talk • contribs) .

For a long time many people believed that the fourth hokage was Naruto's father. Some became so convinced that they thought it was really true, but since there was no evidence of it, it was considered a fan-creation. However, in chapter 367, Tsunade gave up the names of Naruto's parents, Minato Namikaze & Kushina Uzumaki. Jacce | Talk | Contributions 05:18, August 3, 2011 (UTC)
