How do we handle internal Links?<nowiki> [[Example]] </nowiki> Do we only have one link per page if they are leading to the same place or can people just place them where ever they feel like it? Also if it's the former does it go in ascending order, descending ordr or is it completely random? ~[[User:SuperN|Super Novice]]-[[User talk:SuperN|Talk to Me]]~ 15:37, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

:Avoid unnecessarily linking a <nowiki>[[word]]</nowiki> every time you see that <nowiki>[[word]]</nowiki> in the page. Generally this means that the first time a special term is used it should be linked to, but should be avoided after that. In the case of large pages with large and a large number of sections, it is fine to place a link in each relevant primary section (link once per large == is fine, but don't bother per === or when the =='s are fairly small in content). ~<span style="font-weight: bold;" title="Dantman does not work for Wikia">NOTASTAFF</span> [[User:Dantman|Daniel Friesen]]<small> (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire)</small> ([[User_talk:Dantman|talk]]) <small>Apr 1, 2009 @ 16:49 (UTC)</small>

Avoid unnecessarily linking a [[word]] every time you see that [[word]] in the page. Generally this means that the first time a special term is used it should be linked to, but should be avoided after that. In the case of large pages with large and a large number of sections, it is fine to place a link in each relevant primary section (link once per large == is fine, but don't bother per === or when the =='s are fairly small in content). ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 1, 2009 @ 16:49 (UTC)
