Is it possible to make it so you have to be in a Trusted Uploader's group to upload images and you have to be manually added to this group ? This might stop people uploading fanart as soon as they come here.

Same goes for creating new pages. You could have it that you need 10 edits or something to make new articles --Speysider (Talk Page) 11:50, April 12, 2012 (UTC)
