what if the narutopedia is advertised in either televisions, magazines...or just anywhere it can be advertised...even just small advertisements(that will do). i'm just saying..many people likes naruto and some people might not just know more of the show,then they see an advertisement of the right place to look for what they want about the show,and then,,in that way,they'd be interested and the narutopedia could gain more memebers that could help and can even contribute to the site!--Fran513 (talk) 07:04, October 22, 2010 (UTC)fran513

Fran, Wikia controls the hosting, Wikia controls the ads, Wikia controls what permissions we have on the site, Wikia controls the features, Wikia gets the money. We just edit here... We can't add in ads of our own, and since we just edit here for leisure and have no real control over the system the wiki is hosted on or even any sense of ownership over the domain it's on, there is no reason for any of us to pay money we personally make to advertise the wiki. After all, why should we pay our own money just so Wikia can make money? Besides you can advertise in your own ways, why not post to social websites ( Facebook, etc.) and tell them this.... if you're a Naruto fan why don't you visit this website naruto.wikia.com and you can already help just in your own very little way.--Ralph Santos (talk) 11:46, February 7, 2011 (UTC)
