How about creating dismbiguation pages for numbers from 1 to 400 or whatever with links to the Naruto episodes, Naruto Shippuden episodes and manga chapters with that number? This way, anyone searching for specific episodes/chapters with their respective numbers should be able to get to their destination quickly. Just a suggestion... Btw, I tried to post the same message in Narutopedia discussion forum and it got filter-blocked!141.0.9.78 (talk) 06:27, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
- Does searching for "Naruto 239", "Episode 239", etc... not work? If so theoretically it should actually be possible to hook into the go feature of MW's search and make those work. (Unless of course Wikia broke that.)
- We have all that data in SMW. For example with
{{#ask: [[Category:Chapters]] [[Chapter number::5]] }}
you can get Chapter 5 (Sasuke Retsuden), Momoshiki and Kinshiki!!, Target, The Third Choice!!, Unpreparedness is One's Greatest Enemy!!. A link to the page. And with various other options you can pull out other data like chapter number, various names, arc, etc... - For the filter, please donot end the name of the page/forum with a ? ~ UltimateSupreme 06:36, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
- From what I gather it's simpler than creating a host of dismbig pages. If the "go feature" is what I think it is, it does not work on Narutopedia at all. Even if you type an exact page title eg. "Fire Release", unless you click the suggestion that comes up, it goes to the search page.141.0.9.78 (talk) 06:55, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
- We already have List of Animated Media and List of Volumes pages. ~ UltimateSupreme 07:13, March 18, 2013 (UTC)
