I've created two new templates {{Image character tag}} and {{Image tags}}. They allow for the use of Semantic MediaWiki to tag images with a list of characters. The {{Image tags}} lists the tags, and {{Image character tag}} takes a single parameter with the name of a character.

Simply put, on an image like Image:Haruno Sakura.jpg you use:

{{Image tags}}
{{Image character tag|Sakura Haruno}}

Also like on Image:Sakura Inner.jpg when you have multiple characters please keep the multiple {{Image character tag}} uses on the same line to avoid adding extra empty paragraphs:

{{Image tags}}
{{Image character tag|Sakura Haruno|Inner Sakura}}

^_^ Here's a new community project for those who are interested. Going through the Gallery of images and tagging all the images with what characters are inside of the image. That'll make finding good images for an article much easier in the future if we keep to tagging them.
