This is a collaboration technique with Naruto farting and Sakura getting enraged (summoning her Inner Sakura), it does major damage to the opponent and also poisons them because of Naruto's Fart.
Trivia
- In the Forest of Death, Naruto and Sakura were seen doing something similar. Naruto was about to urinate, yet Sakura didn't want him to do so in front of her, saying the exact same thing as in the video game which is "How dare you do that in front of a Lady".
