Fūta Kagetsu (花月風太, Kagetsu Fūta) is a medicinal herb seller and the eldest son of Tōbei Kagetsu who was supposed to inherit his father's money after his apparent death.
Background
Fūta along with the rest of his family were once poor and would pass the time by joking around with each other.
Personality
Fūta seemed to be greedy and did not laugh easily even when his siblings, Mai Kagetsu and Tsukiko Kagetsu where all trying to make him laugh.
Appearance
Fūta has short grey hair and wears glasses. He also has a dot on the middle of his forehead.
Part I
When Fūta's father died, his father's will stated that Fūta would inherit his father's fortune as long as he didn't laugh during his funeral. Should he laugh, the fortune would be divided evenly among the rest of the Kagetsu clan. Fūta's sister Tsukiko and the rest of the Kagetsu clan were determined to make Fūta laugh. However, Fūta had hired ninja from Konoha to act in his stead during the funeral.
